Appointments when you need them a doctors that listen to you is important then take there time to examine and check you over properly is key not just in and out and prescribed medication without a thorough check up

Came to see about pain in shoulders knock and knee but unfortunately at 83 it's not advisable to have surgery so came away with something to help the pain and am appointment is be8ng made to see a physiotherapist

Greeted pleasantly by office staff and punctually called for my appointment. I was listened to attentively by the doctor who took the time to explain the decisions she made about the care and referrals for my medical problems.

Seems difficult at start when phoning to get an appointment to see a Doctor. Once past reception and you have a face to face clinical staff were excellent

During a consultation, I said that I was transgender, the note the doctor left clearly said that crossdressing is a problem I have. I expect better

I saw one of the nurses. She was brilliant. She took the time to listen to me and organised some blood tests, heart trace, and other tests straight away. I left with all of that done and a follow up appointment booked in. Couldn’t believe how efficient she was and it’s given me great peace of minds we might get to the bottom of the problem.

When I went there the other day I thought the doctor really listened and really explained things. Tried to do the best for me even though it took a bit longer. Also kept the appointment on time.

I went here for a blood pressure check and the advice I got from the nurse was good and I have since put it in to practice. She listened to what I had to say. I was also see properly at my appointment time.
