I was getting the necessary attention but been there with 3 issues and only been given exercises from internet. Was expecting to get a referral to a professional physiotherapist not just advices I can find on internet which part of them I was already doing. Waste of time

I saw the surgery nurse who was helpful and supportive. Nice experience even though I was feeling in pain.

I had a great experience with DR Bradshaw and managed to get an appointment within a week which was superb. The receptionist are always friendly

The trainee doctor I consulted don't seem like real doctors. The doctor couldn't diagnose my back pain. The minor injury department recommended an MRI and a referral to spine or orthopaedic surgery, but the trainee doctor refused to refer me, claiming it would be rejected. I plan to go to A&E because this doctor is ineffective.

I had appointment with doctor which took a week to get.went in with a few problems to discuss and was told I could only talk about 1 problem and would have to make another appointment

Dr was polite and caring. Staff were friendly. Appointment was made without waiting too long. A referral was made on the same day.

I had a total knee replacement and need 40 stitches removing. Booking was easy over the phone. I arrived early and went in to see the nurse before my appointment time. The nurse made feel at ease and was very patient and not rushed to complete the task. My wife came with me and had a good chat with her while I was being treated which took my mind off of what was happening. Ia was asked if there was anything else I needed to ask before leaving and felt well treated. The surgery team called me the following morning also to check all was well and told me I could call if I felt I needed any further treatment.

I was very nervous attending for my routine smear test however the nurse was fantastic. She was very thorough and assured me throughout the procedure. She is clearly very experienced and knowledge and I felt very confident in her care. She was distracting me during the procedure and put me at ease. Thank you for making the experience seamless and pain free. I haven’t been able to put the nurses name but I do hope that she receives this feedback.
