I was very nervous attending for my routine smear test however the nurse was fantastic. She was very thorough and assured me throughout the procedure. She is clearly very experienced and knowledge and I felt very confident in her care. She was distracting me during the procedure and put me at ease. Thank you for making the experience seamless and pain free. I haven’t been able to put the nurses name but I do hope that she receives this feedback.

Started o time knew what I was there for. Conversation was clear and made understandable. Explained in great detail what the dedication would help me with my diabetes. Also which of my current medications I could do without

Seen quickly by the Dr. My Problem was addressed at my appointment. Referral raised to relevant department within the NHS hopefully ì won't wait too long to be seen by relevant specialist.

Very helpful, knowledgeable staff, from the reception staff to the doctors, felt comfortable in the surroundings, the doctor was very helpful and understanding, I would recommend them

Doctor was very understanding with me and listened to what i had to say. I thought i was just under the weather but after explaining how i felt and how I was acting she said that I was depressed. My wife had already said this to me but i didn't think i was. Have suffered with it before so i should have noticed the signs but didn't.

I was seen within a week of my initial call. The waiting area was not busy and my appointment was on time. The doctor I saw was very professional and I was happy with the service.

I was seen on time. I knew main reasons for appointment was to receive blood test results. These were explained with further tests to be arranged. The appointment gave me opportunity to talk about other concerns. I felt at ease discussing these with Dr Hopwood.
