Nice doctors but you can't get a same day appointment or an appointment within a couple of days. They do have an out of hours service if you're lucky enough to get one of those appointments you have to go to the Forum Medical centre for it. I've also had two separate past appointments with the nurse that were cancelled on the morning of the appointment, so then had to wait another week or so for next appointment. The nurse and the doctor I have seen at the practice were really friendly and made me feel comfortable.

The appointment was prompt and on time. The praticener was friendly and professional in carrying out the procedure. Answered any questions in a confident way.

I had a very comfortable consultation. The Gp was very knowledgeable, was very easy to talk to and a superb listener. I had not seen this practitioner before, but felt like I had. I have loved this practice for over 30 years.

Seen on time, reception staff were cheerful and helpful, not just to me but people who came in when I was waiting. Seen on time. Nurse was lovely introducing herself as I hadn't met her before. She was informed and answered all my questions. Did not feel rushed. Talked through my concerns. She made me feel at ease. Had a thorough diabetic review. Asked about having a shingles vaccination even though I hadn't gone for that. Had my vaccination. The whole experience was great. Didn't feel as though I was a nuisance which was lovely. Was clear in her instructions about coming back and when to have my next blood tests etc . Very positive appointment.

Sent Dr Gill some photos of a facial wart as requested during a telephone consultation. She replied promptly asking me to attend for minor op to remove wart a few days later. This was completed, painlessly, very pleased with results, thanks to Dr Gill.

Went to surgery for B12 injection from the nurse. Waiting area clean tidy and warm. Appointment on time. Nurse friendly and efficient. Receptionist helpful and efficient in arranging a follow up appointment First class service

User friendly practice the GP was empathetic and put me at my ease. Used the principles of active listening. Understand my medical problem and went the extra mile. Provided me with enough information to make an informed decision. Followed up by texting me with information.
