My recent visit with the surgery was unforgettable. Adminstaff very caring and my GP was very warm.showing empathy and understanding.The GP had given me assurance and made me feel She was listening and did everything to treat my symptoms whilst making me aware of what and why she was doing this

It is almost impossible to get appointment within a week even if you are desperate, but once you get it service is great most of the time, I had weekend appointment recently and it seems this Dr he rushed couldn't wait to get rid of me, at one point I was explaining and he interpreted and say 'let me finish' because of my hypertension normally Dr take quick reading but he didn't from him it was poor service he let down the rest of the team. Regarding other Dr they were great you can feel their duty of care in their words and actions.

Pleasant informative. Considerate. Relaxing. When in on time. Explained all my test results and how they impacted on my health. Spoke about my decision to fast 3 days a week to manage my diabetes with diet.

Went in to see the nurse to get some stitches removed prompt professional fantastic The procedure was done with minimal fuss the nurse was very professional and very nice the whole practice was very good
