The staff are very friendly , caring and do help in anyway they can to sort out appointments or phone calls for you .

The nurse I saw yesterday was fantastic, very helpful and very knowledgeable on the two conditions I was having my annual review on, she also has a good sense of humour, which helps when you are trying to explain something but can't think how to say it. She also gave me some hints and tips on how to remove dressings that are very stuck and I don't want to hinder the healing process.

I have been lucky I have had no problems. Whenever I have made an appointment I have got it. The staff have been cooperative at reception and gps have listened to my problem and dealt with it promptly.

Always taken seriously when I have concerns for my 2 year old and have been with them since he was born. Doctors very good, and so are the nurses, very kind and compassionate.

Doctor really listened to me. After a couple of visits my symptoms were still there. He sent me to the hospital to get a better insight as I was having chest pains. Really felt I was getting somewhere and I’m waiting for the outcome.

I felt that I was not believed with the pain I was having when he asked me questions he was looking at the monitor and not me so I had to ask him to repeat the question.
