Went in to see the nurse to get some stitches removed prompt professional fantastic The procedure was done with minimal fuss the nurse was very professional and very nice the whole practice was very good

Staff were helpful and caring. GP was clean and tidy. Got clear directions on what to do. Pharmacy was good.

After diagnosis and hospital treatment of a serious illness I was invited to book a double appointment to consult with the relevant GP that covered that specialism. At that appointment I was able to raise any concerns and ask questions that I hadn't necessarily been able to when being treated for the illness. This included questions about my general physical and mental health, what impact the illness might have going forward and what lifestyle choices I might need to make that might help. Each question was treated with respect and answered in full so that I could make considered choices but also bought relief that I was doing many of the right things. Further help was offered if needed. It was good of the doctor to be proactive in offering this opportunity and to take the time out of their busy schedule to see me. Thank you.
