The appointment was five minutes late in starting, but went smoothly and efficiently from then on. I was not told the results of my blood tests (and I forgot to ask), so I guess everything was within normal parameters. The Doctor was understanding and sympathetic of my issue, and has referred me to UHCW for further tests and treatment. I am satisfied with the outcome.

The staff are very helpful. The only problem is my general practice is closer to my home and they book an appointment a couple of miles away at their other practice other than that a bit inconvenient.

I had an E.C.G. All the staff were professional and friendly. The whole experience was informative,punctual and I would definitely recommend this surgery if patients require a friendly and efficient approach to their health care.

Dr saw me on time. She was very thorough with my examination. She listened to me and arranged for me to have an x-ray and blood tests. She also took the time to see me about a different subject briefly but reassuringly.
