My go to GP is fantastic. I believe she cares and probably gives me more time than she should. She’s unlike other GPs. The ability to leave messages for the GP through the website is also really helpful. Not in recent times but on some occasions I have felt that the reception/triaging staff haven’t been very friendly and welcoming.

Being type 1 diabetic and having a skin condition the doctors seem to always be able to get me in when desperately needed and also with the correct diagnosis it took a while to get my skin diagnosis but 1 certain doctor has really helped on my last appointment

I contacted surgery with severe leg pain. The initial response was timely and thorough and I was given a telephone appointment. The happened within an hour.Detailed questions asked in a thorough but sensitive and courteous way. Appointment offered for the next day with very helpful outcome.Overall felt listened to and dealt with well.

I had been looking forward to my appointment but it was a very emotional one. Doctor quickly examined, gave brief advice and wanted to leave but when seen how emotional and upset I was, the GP stayed to listen. I understand how under pressure the surgery is and it's hard on all the staff but it's also hard on patients like myself that need to be listened to and health taken serious than be told to 'try find something online to use' and not until I couldn't handle anymore professionals shrugging me off, it really hurt and I got really upset and in tears. It's unfair to staff on workload, the government need to do better in looking after staff so that staff can happily and healthily look after patients without being burntout!

Very friendly, welcoming and made you feel at ease. Took time to talk things over with you . Also the surgery was clean and didn’t have to wait long for my appointment.

I’ve been met by a friendly doctor who was willing to discuss my issue. The doctor made a note of my symptoms and suggested to keep monitoring before any action needs to be taken.
