The physiotherapist was very understanding and helped me. I have been given exercises to help with my pain along with my medication

I had health review with a nurse who was very professional and put me at ease. I blood pressure, weight checked and a blood test, the nurse told me when to expect results from blood tests. All the checks and results were on my nhs app later in the day for me to see.

Arrived ahead of time and was seen ahead of time. Pleasant and friendly visit. Nurse was attentive to the job in hand and was very efficient.

Very friendly, caring and made a great effort to establish any allergies I may or may not have. The staff explained in plain language what the injection was to prevent.

I hadn’t had a cervical smear test for a number of years & felt very anxious on arrival, however the practice nurse made me feel very uncomfortable & listened to me when I explained why it had taken me so long to build up the confidence to book my appointment, they made me feel listened to & not judged for how long it had taken me to build up my confidence & for that I’m very grateful

I have been asked to do a review for an appointment that has now been cancelled twice. I booked the appointment in person and when asked what the problem is I explained that I was feeling low and depressed! I really needed to have a chat . Generally everyone is attentive and helpful hence me being disappointed.

All the reception staff are great, one reception staff in particular always goes above and beyond and shows genuine care to patients. Sometimes with mental health there is a stigma where you don’t always feel listened too, but I feel Drs along with the nurse, really take on board what your saying, the things you have done and tried and also listen to your input and work with you. The surgery makes you feel like an individual, not just a stranger sat on the chair. Reception manage appointments great & if unable get answers there and then they will always offer a call back and deliver on that.

I had a doctors appointment @ 09:00 however after waiting for 40minutes i was told the doctor had only Just phoned in sick . I will say the lady behind the reception was very annoyed & apologised for the doctors conduct . Sorry to moan but you did ask .
