over the last 2/3 years I have an injury to my left shoulder and decided to do something about it. I called for a doctor appointment and a physiotherapist was available and I thought this would be better as they deal with this more often than a doctor. I was seen at the correct time, he examined my shoulder and got me to do a few moves. He explained doing workouts with bands should help. I was in for 15 minutes and later that day he followed up with sending me an email with workouts to help my shoulder. I just received the bands and have started to the exercises, it feels better already. Thank you Sorry if this does not make too much sense as I am in between trains.

You can't get a Dr's appointment with a specific Dr within a week, it could be two or three weeks from calling

The doctor was very kind and helpful. I had a steroid injection for carpal tunnel syndrome. Doctor gave good instructions for after care

I wanted to say thank you for the nurses professionalism and kindness during my recent visit. She made me feel comfortable, answered all of my questions, and ensured the process was quick and smooth. Her calm and friendly chat really put me at ease, and I am grateful for the care she provided.

Non-urgent review with GP who was so lovely. Chatted about options for treatment & recent blood results. Very informative & clear explanations given. Have always found all staff at both surgeries really helpful

Good experience. On time and it was well checked and explained before giving the vaccination booster. All allergies checked and then injection was given. The procedure was almost painless. Used alcohol wipe before and applied plaster on skin after. She also checked if I was not allergic to plasters specifically apart from routine allergy questions.

The staff are lovely and patient. The nurse who I saw was amazing and made me feel relaxed about the procedure. She really is great.
