Very good and very well trained staff and they are very professional to help their patients. The nurses and doctors They were doing their job professionally. I am very satisfied. The thing I noticed was that the place was crowded, especially when there were many people

I called the GP a week before this appointment asking for a referral from the GP for a hearing test before my little one started school (as it was recommended by the school) - they did not want to give me one saying that he will need to be checked by a doctor there. My partner went in and the doctor did not do anything except look into his ear canals which doesn't give any kind of indication whether the child can hear properly or not. Absolutely useless!

I had a very positive experience at Kenyon Medical Centre. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive from the moment I arrived. I appreciated the thoroughness of the medical team in explaining my diagnosis and treatment options, ensuring that I fully understood everything. Yesterday I was booked at Chace Avenue for mine and babies 6 week appointment. The doctor never checked my c section scar to see how it is and I advised I had an issue with my coil some discomfort and still doctor said you can call us to get it checked if you feel it's needed. After this appointment my baby was booked to have his injections with the nurse which they sent me to a different doctors which was not convenient at all. Also when I was pregnant on 2 occasions I turned up for a midwife appointment and was turned away due to booked on the incorrect dates so I think whoever is booking the appointments need further training!

I visited the surgery with several ailments, both physical and mental health issues. The doctor treated me very efficiently and professionally. The reception staff were very helpful too. Also the waiting time was minimal.

I got good care from the nurse. She was caring and non judgemental. What I didn't luke was hearing the receptionists chatting and gossiping about people. No wonder they take an age to answer the phone!

I was invited to attend an NHS Health Check which was conducted with great courtesy and efficiency. The nurse referred me to a clinician at the surgery to check a problem and he contacted me later in the day. I'm now waiting for a referral to a hospital dermatologist. My experience at the GP surgery was first rate.
