Had a procedure done I wasn’t looking forward to but the doctor was very friendly and gave me lots of information before during and after and put me at ease

The nurse I saw was very professional, helpful and sorted the problem in an efficient manner. The appointment was on time clearly displayed on the screen for me to attend.

I made an appointment by telephone, I was informed there were no appointments until 8 days after my call. I turned up for my appointment on time & was seen 55 minutes after my given appointment time. The doctors & nurses in the surgery are very good, extremely helpful & very professional. I fully understand that the NHS is very busy & constantly under pressure, but to be made to wait for almost an hour after my given appointment time & to be offered no apology for having to wait almost an hour is slightly rude.

The doctor who I seen was very polite, caring and showed so much respect. also the reception lady who came in the room as I had to have an examination she too was very caring

I have been with this practice for years cant praise them enough they have always helped when needed the whole are always friendly, happy and ready to sort out any problems. Cant fault them for anything, as a extra bonus the have two practices and if they cant get you in one they will help you by trying the other practise. Keep on being you and happy new year to all the staff and doctors

Thank you very much for the very professional way you helped me this week. Your stated values: Leading with compassion, treating with respect… Striving to achieve a centre of excellence in teaching and training were all demonstrated by the lady I spoke to on the phone, and the physio I saw. I felt respected, listened to, and had excellent treatment.
