I did have to wait for a while as there was a mix up with another patient’s appointment I did have the time so it wasn’t in issue for me to wait.

Only issue is some times waiting time to get an appointment is more than a week. Also sometimes we get appointment at a GP, which will be far distance compare to registard branch of GP. Hope these things will get better soon.

I had appointment 21st August with GP he was very polite, professional and helpful. The GP explained blood test results clearly and helped solve my health problem

The nurse was very efficient in sorting out my blood pressure and getting my immunisation for the 2nd part of the shingles vaccine excellent

Arrived 10 early to do BP & weight. Dr was on time and went through everything well . With a follow up in 7 days which made a appointment straight away

Everybody at the Kenyon medical Centre are friendly and welcoming. I was seen very quickly and only just outside my appointment time. I felt very positive after my appointment.

I was well attended to, although I was called in late but the doctor analogised which demonstrated good customer service. I was given a comprehensive checkup as regards my diabetic review and was also informed of my next blood test date.
