    Recently, I visited this GP surgery for help with back issues I had been struggling with. The staff were supportive and attentive during the entire process, ensuring I felt heard and cared for. While not every doctor I've encountered here has provided the same level of care, I was fortunate to be treated by one who genuinely listened and worked with me to address my concerns. This experience made a positive difference, and I truly appreciate the effort and compassion shown

    Had to wait a month to see a face to face appointment with a clinician! She was very good , listened to me , blood tests organised and a thorough examination, was good in my experience 😀

    I was treated very professionally, and my new treatment was clearly explained, even to the extent of being provided with a four-page instruction document. The possible side-effects were outlined in detail.

    All of the staff I have had interactions with have been friendly and helpful. The doctor I saw was very nice and listened to my issues and I didn’t feel rushed. She made a few suggestions to help me which weren’t just medication as I don’t like to take medication unless it’s a last resort. The only negative point was the length of time to get an non- emergency appointment which was around 5 weeks.

    Seen today by doctor she was very thorough and listened to what I had to say. Gave me a examination to assess the problem and recommended a cause of action and the nurse took blood samples. All in all I was100% satisfied with the way I was treated.

    Seen by associate physician to discuss recent ECG. Physician took time to explain possible issues and showed me the relevant parts of the tracing. I was given detailed reasons for a referral to a cardiologist and advised that it would take some time before I was seen. Physician then gave me detailed advice on what to do when I experienced symptoms and suggested how I could help identify the causes. I was given plenty of time to process the information and left feeling that my concerns were taken seriously. Thank you to both the physician and the doctor who ordered the ECG.

    Although above noted, the problem is that it takes too long to get an appointment with a GP. However, most staff are helpful and friendly and the nurses are very skilful at administering injections, specifically at my recent appointment.

    Went to see someone . Was a little put of before hand as one of the gps didn’t listen to me and told me all kinds of things that wasn’t relevant . But when I went to see the 2nd one she listened to me and did all test that needed to be done and I got somewhere . Just like I should have months ago . Thank you
