Had to wait 2 weeks to be seen first. Nothing urgent or serious though. The practitioner was pleasant and helpful, and prescribed the medication i needed.

Reception team brilliant. Clinician highlighted some valid points but I felt that she didn't/wasn't interested in anything else that I was saying with how I was feeling and struggling with. Left feeling very invisible and down.

Dr went through all test results and explained them. Was very patient and examined me to determine my problem. Very informative and I feel progress was made.

Time was taken to listen and understand my problems, with lots of advice and help offered. I left feeling cared for with follow up appointment to check my progress. Couldnt ask for more.

Over the past few months I have had several visits to the practise for tests and consultations,and can't fault the service other than the time span from booking to actually getting an appointment.On my last visit, whilst I understand time constraints I felt that the time allocated was not enough to complete what I had attended for.resulting in coming away feeling I had been rushed out

Complained to a nurse during my yearly bloods about the difficulties of seeing a GP in the last five years, which has resulted in loosing hope and raised concerns about health determination. The nurse advised to request gor a review by the GP, which is what I did and I was booked to see a GP. My Examination, answers and Explanation to my concerns and request for another bloods as a follow-up by.the GP gave me a big relief.

Got an early morning appointment with a doctor to discuss the results of tests that had been carried out over a number of months by practice staff. I left feeling that at last there was light at the end of the tunnel and that it wasn't just another train on the way . I feel that I have to say that I have been a patient of this practice for over 24 years and I feel that during this time all the staff from cleaning staff all the way through to Doctors give an excellent service in covering a very large and diverse community of patients. Well done to all staff
