I have recently seen the Dr (July 2024) and I received excellent service. She was incredibly supportive, totally professional, listened. This was a follow up appointment. She has tried different medications until the condition now seems to be under control & bearable, and the best I have felt for over 2 years. Thank you

I filled in a econsultation on line got a reply with several different links to other services and a invite to make an appointment I had to wait two weeks for the appointment in the appointment the GP listen to me and recommend some meditation and also booked a follow up phone call two weeks later my confidence in the practice is starting to grow again after a few bad experiences

Dr h h, was fantastic with my daughter nothing was too much trouble. She sorted a couple of issues out whilst we were there. That the previous visits to the prescribers were strict on previous appointments and wouldn’t sort more than one issue out . Fantastic dr and service

Following a cancer diagnosis the surgery proactively contacted me and asked if I would like a telephone appointment with a doctor to discuss my situation and see if there was any support they could offer. I accepted and had a good conversation with a GP who then offered me a face to face appointment so she could review further. During the second appointment she addressed all my concerns (and I had a few!) professionally and with compassion. For me, the reaching out and the follow up was great as it really put my mind at ease during a difficult time, thank you very much.

The doctor I saw was prompt. I was listened to with care whilst I explained my issues. The doctor reciprocated with equal empathy Examinations were carried out and the doctor thoroughly explained solutions. I was satisfied with the outcome

Visited the doctor about a lump that felt was getting bigger its a fatty lump and was reassured it had not got bigger by the doctor they were very kind and understanding and gave me reassurance.
