After having a procedure done at The Hallamshire hospital, I was left without a follow up appointment. A nurse from the surgery took this on and helped clean and dress the wound. Excellent service

I called in not expecting an app for a week or so , I've had a cough for 10 weeks & abdominal pain for 3 weeks, I did get upset with the pain i was in The reception gave lovely words of comfort, there was a nurse in the reception area who took me straight through , examined me and I've got my 1st xray next week & tests on mond Thankyou so much for your kindness on Friday x

I rang last night due to an urgent concern, and was fit in this morning at 8.45am. The GP I saw was thorough, polite and had a good sense of humour which helped put me at ease when I was otherwise feeling very nervous. I felt I was listened to and believed and feel assured my concerns have been dealt with / are on the path for a solution now. Thank you!

I recently attended the practice with my daughter who was suffering badly with a mouth infection. I was given the option straight away to send photos in for someone to review due to there not being any appointments as it was near closing time. But just as I was trying to get the photos the receptionist kindly mentioned that they had just had a cancellation for an appointment first thing in the morning so we took that appointment as she was in alot of pain. The receptionist was really caring and the next morning asked my daughter if she was feeling any better. The doctor we saw was great she examined my daughter with care and prescribed antibiotics and mouth drops that have really helped. I felt like we were taken care of and that they could see how distressed my daughter was and they acted on that so thank you!!

Got an appointment straight away with a great doctor who went through all my medication. He explained what they were all for and the side effects for each one .He made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I will make sure I see him every time I need to see a doctor from now on.

What a shambles of a practice. It does not even warrant one star. So someone here leaves a review saying they were given an urgent same-day appointment for a chesty cough and cold and sent away with "advice". Emergency? Really? Whose doing the triaging, the receptionist? I request an urgent appointment for a recurrence of cancer and am told I must wait 3 weeks. A sniffle gets immediate attention whilst cancer is given another 3 weeks to grow. There are clearly serious problems with this practice.

I recently attended feeling unwell. I was taken seriously and blood tests were ordered followed by a CT scan. I received a message to attend the surgery as soon as my CT scan results were in and referred straight away to the hospital. The whole thing was easy and I felt that the GP really listened to me and didn't ignore any of my concerns. I have received nothing but good service from the practice in the 16 years I have lived in Killamarsh and have nothing but praise for them all. Thank you

I had cause to ring the practice on behalf of my mother for wound advice. I didnt quite know how best to access the service I thought I needed. The receptionist was extremely helpful in offering a secure link for me to send photos of the wound to be assessed and within 24hrs dressings were in the pharmacy ready for me to pick up. Amazing service!
