Cold, cough and sore chest for two weeks. Went to reception at 8 o'clock on Monday morning and given an appointment for 10.45 that morning. Seen promptly and given full mot by doctor. Reassured and advice given.

I spoke to the receptionist about a problem. She said it was a ‘same day’ problem and booked me an appointment an hour later with the clinician. The clinician was very efficient and made a decision to prescribe antibiotics for my problem after questioning me closely about my symptoms. She explained the condition and treatment very well. I collected the prescription immediately from the pharmacy and the condition cleared after the course of tablets. I was advised to return if the symptoms reappeared.

I was seen by a practice nurse for routine screening. I was quite anxious but her caring manner, kindness, skill and professionalism made it a very positive experience.

Excellent reminders, no wait, clear instructions as to flu jab procedure and age/allergy questions, staff wore masks, well ventilated premises, 1 way route. Fantastic

From being asked to book appointment to arriving through waiting area to going to doctor for injection was seamless and pain free. There never seems to be any issues at this practice when mass vaccines are happening.
