It takes hours to reach anyone to simply make an appointment. The practice’s door is closed so they turn everyone away through the intercom, saying they should just call, despite it being almost impossible to do so. And when I finally did, they hung up on me before I could say anything, placing me back into the queue. I wonder how someone in poor health could have the energy or patience to reach the help they need.

Dear patient, I am in the process of personally reviewing each review this practice has received. I can see this was posted a long time ago but wanted to assure you we have made a number of key changes to our service delivery model which are resulting in tangible improvements. This includes a digital phone system which provides a call-back facility. Thank you for taking the time to send us this review and I hope you will see and feel the improvements we have made.
