    I was told everything about the injection, and nurses are pleasant and always have a smile, choosing a time to book my flu jab was easy, the practice did a better job with people getting through this time, but my appointment was early so I missed the one's that go before their time.

    Arrived early for flu jag. Ushered straight through, no fuss, names checked , easy directions to follow . Jag administered & out of building within 3 minutes. No pain , no drama no fuss just excellent practitioner service . Highly recommend.

    I have tried twice this morning to get through to know about a result got to no one in the queue and they have never answered .disgusting Why have a queueing system if they do not answer the last call.

    Discussed mental health problems with doctors. They were very understanding of my situation and encouraged me in a constructive manner while also respecting my current limitations. They were also happy to suggest extra services and support, as though going out of their way to help me, rather than doing the bare minimum. It made me feel like my problems mattered and also helped to silence feelings of inadequacy from how I was treated.

    Had to wait weeks to see a dr, then on the day (today) because of the issue I needed to see the dr for in the first place, I was 15/20 mins late. Now normally you’d just have to sit and wait a while to get seen to but not in 2023 apparently, I was told to come back in 3 more weeks. Absolutely disgusting they want shutting down or more staff. Never heard of a 3 week wait for a dr in my life.

    I’ve spent the past 24 minutes trying to get through to make an appointment for my child. This is terrible service. When did it become acceptable to leave people waiting so long.

I can see this was posted a long time ago but wanted to assure you we have made a number of key changes to our service delivery model which are resulting in tangible improvements. This includes a digital phone system which provides a call-back facility. We have also recruited a number of new clinical staff.     I'm sure the practise do the best with the resources and staff they have but...to be number 1 in the queue for 12mins and then no appointment available for a week and a half? Advice was to go to a walk in centre if things got even worse. I only typed this review as I went online to look for a different GP's to register with and noticed Killamarsh are still accepting new patients. They obviously don't have the staff to deal with the patients they already have registered.
