    The receptionist and Dr I saw were both very friendly and helpful. The Dr was thorough with my problem/condition. I was pleased with my consultation.

    Phoned 08.30 with problem, receptionist listened carefully to my needs and arranged an appointment for 10.50. Lady Doctor was very attentive and prescribed medication. All in all a good experience.

    The practice is incredibly responsive and reassuring. I had to contact recently regarding an illness - staff made me feel very comfortable during what was a difficult conversation to have. I was able to see a Dr in a timely manner, and was diagnosed and treatment provided swiftly. The whole practice is professional, supportive and responsive. Very happy with the support I receive here.

    I rang to ask for a cortisone injection for ongoing tendinitis in my Achillese There was a cancellation 2 weeks hence. The doctor told me that I had to self refer to the physiotherapy department. Why was I not told that when I rang as I explained the situation fully. Sorry but it's not good enough. Do the receptionists need more training and awareness?

    I came to the practice for my yearly mot and blood tests the nurse was excellent and very professional, I also had a cortisone injection in my knee which was a good experience as I was talked through every step of the process and put at ease, also the staff are friendy and welcoming and answer any questions and are always very helpful thank you so much

    The Gp I saw today was excellent. Not seen her before. Had to wait 3 weeks to get appointment with other than a practitioner. Referred me to hospital which is what was needed(I am a registered health care professional myself). Gave me a form to make appointment for bloods including cancer markers. 3 weeks to wait to have bloods taken. So 6 weeks in all to wait!!! Hope it’s nothing serious. The practice could also do with some friendly reception staff,They all think they know better than the patient. I know recruitment is difficult but wouldn’t it make sense to have at least another HCA to take bloods etc?
