For the first time in a long time my latest visit to the practice felt like the “old” practice. Receptionist was very helpful when enquiring about a failed repeat prescription, and called me to confirm the issue had been sorted. GP during appointment very friendly and relaxed. Trainee present. I hope it stays like this, for long enough the practice had been the best GPs I had been registered at and it lost its way. Keep up the good work.

I found the booking in was simple and easy. dr shaw was prompt for my appointment, curtious and polite. professional with actions taken and found the q&a element very very helpful.

All the staff are friendly and courteous. I asked a question and was able to get an appointment within 48hrs - can't fault that. Especially when it wasn't urgent. Thank you.

Although had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment I was seen by a friendly doctor and listened to , wasn’t rushed and things explained clearly. Happy with the service but would have liked to be seen quicker

Although had to wait 3 to 4 weeks for a none urgent appointment, once in the surgery treatment and advice was excellent. Blood tests were taken promptly with no rebooking with a nurse to get bloods done. Results were delivered to my NHS app the following day with a call from the GP the same evening to advise a medication adjustment was necessary. I then received a further phone call from receptionist making me a follow up appointment. Diagnosis and treatment, literally 24 hours. Well done Killamarsh Medical Practice.
