    Spoke to Dr with regards to an on going chest infection, prescribed antibiotics and steroids, and submitted a request for x-ray. Very caring phoned the last time I spoke to him asking some more questions as to the symptoms I had mentioned.

    Avoid this practice I am in the process of changing Doctors due to repeated failings and a lack of basic front line Reception communication. My daughter has had chronic tooth ache and due to being scared of needles she passed out at the Dentist they then referred her to the Doctors but they wouldn't see her & just sent a pointless message back which has left her in agony for days in end battling tooth ache. This poor service has been been going from bad to worse and since COVID you may as well shut shop.

    Dear Jayne We pride ourselves on listening to our patient’s concerns and making positive change where we identify this needs to happen. I am sorry you feel the level of service has not been of a high standard recently.     The doctor was fantastic during this appointment. Listened to all of my concerns and considered them with their advice. The surgery as a whole is generally very responsive and easy to deal with.

    Always supported with prompt call back and appointments. During difficult and stressful times I have received first class advice in a caring and empathetic manner. Some people are too quick to complain but not quick enough to praise. Thanks to all staff at practise for helping me.

    I had to visit the practice to have a blood test and my blood pressure taken. The Nurse was very polite and answered all my questions with a smile.

    Always extremely helpful. This week they remembered I had tried to bring a blood test forward due to personal circunstances. A cancellation came up 2 days later and they called and offered to get me in within half an hour - brilliant

    Practice nurse took blood today I was very shaken but she calmed me down, was very professional. Her calming manor and excellent blood taking skills made the process very comfortable.

    I have had contact recently with the gp assistant, a doctor and practice nurse they have all been so helpful, supportive and caring. I needed a health concern reviewed and vaccines , I have never had less than professional and first rate care. Over the years they have always been there . All my concerns have been taken seriously and followed up. At my last visit the receptionist was so helpful even though the IT was malfunctioning. I can honestly say that this is a great practice with helpful , professional and caring staff who always do whatever they can. I would recommend this practice to everyone

    I like the online form as I was able to add photos of my issue. I was texted with an approximate call back time and received the call within the stated time. Phone consultation was thorough and the diagnosis and medication was explained well, along with the plan of action to, hopefully, solve my medical issue.
