Offered a respiratory clinic spot in lieu of GP appt. Appt was with respiratory specialist doctor. Only a few minutes waiting in reception and thorough examination by doctor who made prescription out online for immediate dispensing at local chemist. Prescription ready when arrived.

Lovely doctor, very kind and helpful. Gave me lots of advice and helped me to arrange an appointment with a physio therapist in a very short time.

Attended today, seen by a very understanding Dr. Didn’t rush the appt and most importantly he listened to my symptoms. Very satisfactory, no complaints.

Easy appointment system, caring, hard working administrative staff, understanding and informative GP provided answers and explanations in a calm, reassuring and respectful way. A very positive experience in true NHS fashion. I am grateful to them all for being there when needed. Well done Kingsbridge. Thank you.

doctor was excellent, clear and concise in his explanation of test results, but hard to get a face to face appointment, most are telephone appointments which aren't the same.

Overall a great practice but this last experience wasn't quite so good. The telephone call was 35 minutes late and very rushed. Generally this isn't the case.
