A very thorough examination and further tests request leaving me confident and relieved. I felt I was listened to with no feelings of being rushed at all. A further appointment was made on the day to discuss the results. I felt so much more confident when I left the surgery.

I hold the GPs and staff in this practice in very high regard. They have always been very professional, very empathetic, very knowledgeable. They have specifically prevented serious and life threatening medical complications by early diagnosis and intervention, for which I will always be grateful.

The day after a phone appointment I had a face to face with a doctor .only waited 2 mins before being called in by the doctor herself to consulting room .I was made to feel comfortable and doctor gave me a full examination and put me at ease with diagnosis
