    After attending hospital re heart/high blood pressure I was prescribed three lots of new medication. After being released from hospital and taking this medication I experienced very severe dizziness. I phoned the surgery to ascertain whether this medication was causing the dizziness and was requested to attend the Cosham surgery were I saw a lovely lady doctor. She assured me she thought that the dizziness wasn't caused by the meds. but was concerned about my ongoing chest pains. The surgery arranged for me to be taken to QA once again. After two days and more tests I was reassured that heart and lungs were OK and one of the new medications were no longer required but a seven-day course of tablets would help to relieve the dizzy spells. If they continued after that the GP had given me useful exercises I could do.

    Just one slight problem the doctor was running 50 minutes late with her appointments and I received a parking ticket, however the surgery staff dealt with the ticketing company and the fine was resinded.

    Despite having an appointment time I had to join a queue with everyone else some who glad come earlier than their given appointments. It was very cold waiting outside and had no means of sitting down until you were 3-4 in the queue. Great for able bodied people not so great for me and the wife.

    Thank you for your feedback. For vaccination clinics we give timed appointments, these are used as a guide, as we are aware that most patients will arrive early. We do monitor the queue and do have staff available, therefore if a seat is required, yo need only ask.

    Rang for an emergency appointment as had sore throat and headcahe fir 2 days im a transplant patient meanijg im more subseptable to infection etc and all i got from receptionists was speak to pharmacy

    A simple injection, two minutes one would think not in this case, firstly twenty minutes late in being called then much studying of P. C. screen after a further ten minutes I finally was given it, really not good enough.
