Rude behaviour by receptionist. Very hard to make an appointment and if you need to see a doctor they’ll give you a nurse appointment

Thank you for your feedback. Our care coordinators at our contact centre have been trained to ensure that you are appointed with the most appropriate clinician. They are often perceived as rude, when instead they are signposting and appointing appropriately.

I hadn’t been to this doctors before so signed myself in asked receptionist were I needed to be, had appointment all was on time. Staff were friendly and all was great thank you.

The receptionist was very helpful as i have a very old phone and cannot acept emails i saw the espertary nurse and once again very thorough and i was mor than satisfied with the outcome

The check in process was very easy and, there was plenty of space in the waiting area for social distancing. The nurse was patient, knowledgeable and understanding. She gave me time to explain my needs and also checked if there was anything else I was concerned about, she was excellent!

After 2 weeks of trying to get to see a doctor, when I got really unwell the surgery put me to see a doctor. Inicial conversation by phone with the doctor and then I was asked to be seen in the surgery where a Nurse did the appointment. I was able to have some help for my problem and was put for medical exams to find out what is the underlining problem.

You can't get an appointment, you can't speak to a person (if you follow their appointments system and choose the option relevant to you). I'm in need of check-in with my GP and I can't get through. I'm on medication that requires periodic check-ins and dose adjustments and it's impossible to achieve with them.

Please continue to contact us to gain an appointment, for some medications you will have to complete a review to continue receiving the medication.

I was accommondated very promptly after phoning the surgery about my illness. I felt valued by the team and arrived on time for my appointment and was seen within minutes of arrival.

I came in for a blood test and wasn't kept waiting for long the lady that did the test. was very good, friendly put you at ease overall not a bad experience

Pleasantly surprised to find my appointment was on time. The nurse carrying out the evaluation of my needs to treat my asthma was carried out expertly. She was more than knowledgable related to my condition. Thank you for a most professional approach
