Had three injections which were quick, polite staff professional staff with a sense of humour. Location to where we live requires improving Purbrook to Kingston crescent. Age seventy six.

There was a big que waiting for their injection. But the que was moving all the time. And it didn't take long for me to get seen. The nurses talked about what treatment I was having and what side affects I might have

The doctor I saw was very understanding about my problem and he gave an injection into my hip which I have found has help me a lot to what I was having such a lot of discomfort in my hip but my knee was extremely painful just to say thankyou for seeing me.

Receptionist attended to me quickly with my appointment and I did not have to make appointment for covid jab booster and flu jab.. The lady receptionist said " You can have these jabs straight away today." The Doctor who performed the injections was very friendly and skillful too.

Felt I was rushed during review, was struggling with breathing and as this had been going on for four weeks, also felt I needed something for my mental health as could not stop crying and kept getting palpitations he said he could only deal with one problem so dealt with my breathing and ended up with prescription for 2 pumps. Rung the surgery the following day for appointment for my mental health to be told it was not an emergency and to contact mental health team which I think is terrible because I needed someone to help me that day.

Thank you for your comments. If you are appointed for a specific reason such as COPD/asthma then the appointment time would have been set to be able to cover that area, do a thorough assessment, complete any tests and the required administration. Our clinicians have to make difficult decisions, if they do not have the available time for an additional query, or are not qualified they will signpost to make a further appointment. It is important to understand that we are not always the best option to deal with mental health, if you are in crisis and need immediate help, you will be signposted to the hospital crisis team.

Very friendly made feel at ease had appointment for the Friday and Saturday done both together very accommodating saved me a journey back again on the Saturday
