The appointment itself was good and informative and the nurse was kind and explained everything clearly. That being said, booking an appointment was incredibly difficult with hardly any being offered and the app being very difficult to use (you have to click into each appointment to see if it's the correct one). There are also no appointments offered at my local practice which is very impractical.

With regards to gaining an appointment, we are sorry that the app was difficult to use, this is something we are looking into to try to improve the patient experience. We offer appointments at all our sites, but if you do have preference this may just lead to a longer wait.

I had a blood test, then there is not feedback at all from GP to let you know if I am fine or if some aspect i need some help, treatment, or diet or stile life, etc. Some advice. I feel fustrated

The clinicians have been excellent I have been seen on time and staff have been very helpful with information. I have been receiving ongoing treatment and each appointment I have received excellent care each time.

I felt I was treated very well during this visit. The practitioner worked through my problems in an holistic way and answered all my questions and helped me with my condition. This was a second visit as there was a misunderstanding when I made the original appointment. The practionioner had asked me to get back to him after some tests and I was seen by someone else in spite of asking for the practitioner by name.

Everything ok staff very pleasant, as i do come on a regular visit with my diabetes. I always find professional medical team to be outstanding.

When I arrived, I was iffered both flu and Covid jabs which I appreciated. I said I had been a bit under the weather that day and was advised not to have either jab. No fuss, very professional & caring, again which I appreciated. Couldnt fault the attitude & helpfulness of the staff.

Rang for help as chest tight and out of breath was told two weeks before that my heart wasnt working right and was going to refure my to hospital when i rang about this was told give me antibiotics and steriods think i needed to be seen by doctor to check this

My wife and I had separate appointments, we were able to go in together. Given a typhoid jab and advised over hep A, tetanus and malaria. Free of charge ( the pharmacy wanted to charge £49 for the jab
