Absolutely frustating an disgusted forever on hold or in a que when i phone, when i can book an appointment they always cancel them

I went in for steriod injects for carpal tunnel, due to the minimal relief from the previous round of steriods the GP felt it wasnt likely to help and instead doscussed surfery with myself and set the ball rolling for this. The GP I saw was very welcoming and informative, he clearly knew what he was talking about and was very professional

Quick and straightforward appointment for a steroid injection. I fail to understand why I can't have treatment at my local surgery. That's always been the entire point of a local GP surgery.

Thank you for your comments. You can decline an appointment and request for one at a preferred location, although this can sometimes mean that you may have longer to wait for the appointment.

I arrived to make an appointment for the Flu and Booster vaccination and was surprised to be told l could have them straight away which l was happy to accept, having had those some ten days ago l have not experienced any side affects.

I was very impressed when i had an appointment for a blood test. I was early and hardly had to wait. The nurse was efficient and friendly and took blood for test with ease. Also i had no bruise afterwards. Quite often they have a problem taking my blood!

I was pescribed a new inhaler and nobody had this in stock EVERRETS,BOOTS and LAYS it took 4 days,to obtain this one as the current one i was using was damaging my kidneys and i was given a temporary inhaler until the one came into stock i was only told by the pharmasit at boots that their was a problem with otaining the DUAKLIR inhaler
