Absolute nightmare to get an appointment took two weeks of phoning just to get through then had to wait an entire month to see someone. Great service when seen but you shouldn't have to wait so long

The doctor we dealt with was amazing, good bedside manner, said she was going to do it and did it straight away. Can’t fault her one bit she is an asset to your surgery

Receptionist although busy was very helpful. I very rarely see A GP. but on this occasion I was seen at short notice the female G. P asked to examine me and explained to me what treatment was needed she was very polite and helpful

Was treated with patients and talked thru my procedure! Felt comfortable but although it was a lady Dr I was embarrassed but she made me comfortable and not rushed !

I Just think this surgery and all the doctors and nurses are so polite abd good. And very good at there jobs. The best surgery l have ever attended. Very pleased with all the help you give.

The Dr was thorough in her check up, but she did make a error in my notes about what I had done to damage my ribs. I said a metal rod had rammed up inside the front of my ribs, she wrote a fall had caused the pain to ribs. This leads me to wonder if the recent kidney damage found during ultrasound may be related to that rather than cancer.
