Nothing was rushed I was able to explain my feelings/emotions in my own time. I even said at one point I'm sorry I'm taking up a lot of your time to which the reply was it doesn't matter you have all the time you need.

Well ‘ it was a copd yearly review and since they do not use the ‘ FLOW MACHINE’ since covid to see how this disease is affecting my lungs I feel answering a few questions is rather pretty pointless as it doesn’t determine what stage / level / deterioration I’m at & it’s all guess work and point scoring ‘ so NO FLOW MACHINE is what stands / stood out for me once again on this yearly review … on the plus side this year I was lucky enough that there were flu jabs available unlike before

Seen promptly and the nurse was very helpful and reassuring as i don’t like needles but obviously essential for a blood test

Whilst attending a routine medical examination. I enquired about a HGV medical, and was informed that the practice carries out HGV medical at a cost of £135. Imagine my disappointment at after paying the fee, the Doctor would not or could not carry out the eye test part. So now at extra cost and time I have to go elsewhere for my eyetest. If this was made clear at the beginning there would have outcome.

The doctor really listen to me and was very sympathetic with my situation is going through and was so helpful and very good. Definitely the doctor I want to see again she was amazing

I really appreciate the positive regard interaction that I experience at kirklands surgery, I never feel rushed, I feel listened to & supported in managing my complex health needs.

The doctor listened to what l had to say & was very good at explaining what was wrong & what l had to do to help rectify it. The receptionist was very helpful & the waiting area was clean & tidy.

Have been trying to get a routine appointment sporadically for the last two weeks and ringing every day for the last week at 0830, always in a massive queue and then when I do get through told all appointments are gone, can't even get a telephone consultation. Today told that ringing at 0830 is for emergency appointments only so ring back at 2pm. Why hasn't the receptionist explained this before? It does not say that on the website. I shall endeavour to wait in another queue at 2pm
