Fantastic & helpful reception staff as always, & managed to get a dr to see me there and then, due to the amount of pain i was in. Which I wasn’t expecting.

The nurse was extremely helpful and gave me advice as to what to do next. She was able to answer all of my questions.

The doctor was pleasant, understood my problem and signed me off work. Gave me advice as to how to build my self up. He checked BP, pulse etc and followed up whether emergency meds I'd been given by another GP had been needed over the previous weekend.

After coming out of hospital diagnosis COPD,low BP couldn't get an appointment with asthma nurse for nearly a month! Understand busy but I'm in a bad way with breathing!

All went smoothly, debbie agreed to me having my flu jab same time as asthma appointment so i didnt need to make 2 trips. Freed up an appointment for someone else. Informative, on time and no issues

Everything I thought would happen did. I understood what was being said to me & how things might progress. Exercise sheets have been sent by message, together with details of what I should do should there be no improvement. However, on looking at exercise sheet, it has not been filled in as to how many times a day & number of reps. I'm not sure how to contact the Physio

Receptionist was pleasant my nurse was wonderful explaining clearly what vaccinations I was having Excellent practice and wasn’t kept waiting for long

All good but still waiting for the receptionist to let me know when i can pick up my blood form so i can have my blood test done to see if i am diabetic Or not The nurse was brilliant
