Easy to speak to someone. Always happy to help. I have never had an issue with Kirklands, the best surgery in Portsmouth

Receptionist was kind and attentive, a nurse called me back to make sure the medicine I needed was okay to use while breastfeeding. Both receptionist and nurse were nice friendly and quick to find a solution. Very good experience

I couldn’t believe I got an appointment as really thought I would have had a tel call . had a face to face with a NP . I cannot fault from start to finish in my appointment. NP was really helpful and reassuring. I tell all my friends family KIRKLANDS surgery is the best in Portsmouth never do I hear any bad feed back .

That I telephoned the surgery at 8:30am with lower back pain for an emergency appointment and was given a phone call from a physio! Doctor prescribed pain killers (thank you) but did not want to examine me.

Thank you for your feedback. We now have a physiotherapist who works with the Practice to see or speak to our patients with muscular problems. They will then refer back to the GP and request medication if necessary. Sue Miller

Everything, I simply cannot fault the appointment in any way. I was made to feel that I was important as a patient and I was treated as someone special. Not only that but, I also felt that I was a friend and that is important for anyone who suffers anxiety. Fortunately I don’t but, I was very happy.

Had a call from reception to say I needed a telephone appointment today and I said I was busy at 1.40 for hearing appointment unsure for how long and was told it would be later . I missed a morning call as couldn’t hear phone and phoned reception and was told still on list . I was busy at 2 having hearing sorted as I’d said I would be so missed 2nd call now no appointment until 29th and recorded as missing appointment today .

Everything! As always fantastic service, been with Kirklands all my life, as have my children, always felt listened to and very cared for. Please don’t ever amalgamate with other surgeries, stay as good as you are and thank you.

Friendly practitioner who explained every step of the procedure, putting me at ease. The appointment was on time. She gave me clear expectations about the reult timeline.
