    I raised a request online at 8am, was called at 8:50am with an emergency appointment for 9:20am and had antibiotics from the pharmacy by 10am. I was absolutely amazed. Normally I call and wait in a queue for hours and can’t get an appointment. This new system works brilliantly.

    Swap surgeries after an unpleasant experience elsewhere. I was able to book online , prompt appointment, a kind Dr who listened and a physio appointment in 2 weeks. I'm shocked and relieved to have found a surgery that's so good.

    My experience this morning was very helpful. The doctor was attentive, understanding and made time to fully explore my concerns and even reassure me that my bigger worries were unfounded. Thank you

    My son has had excellent care at this practice. We’ve seen many doctors in the first year of his life and they’ve all been very thorough and helpful. The call back service is also great for if you don’t have time to wait in a queue to book an appointment!

    Tried to get appointment on hospital advice told 22 March month later,the hospital has written to the surgery to address the matter but told me to phone and make appointment waste of time,3 days I have tried to get the practice manager to call me but still waiting you would have thought after the hospital telling me to phone them they would have given an appointment but no the best i got was to go to another surgery i have no idea where it is next week this is why A&E are over run please don't answer this with email the surgery or call I have been doing that for 3 days and been ignored

    My last review a few hours ago I stated the practice manager has not bothered to call me she now has it was not her fault she is not at work but instead of reception saying she is not available why not say she's not in so apologise to her

    My recent visit to the surgery left me feeling reassured and armed with information about my condition and how to manage it. The practitioner listened and addressed my concerns with empathy and direction. All members of the staff have been nothing but helpful to me dealing with queries I raise and creating solutions to my questions. Thank you for your care.

    My wife has had a few problems in the last ten months.when ever I have been in the surgery to speak to the receptionists about her they are very helpful & polite. When they say a doctor is phoning back within so many hours they always do. She has been under doctor whatson again what fantastic doctor. When we speak to various relatives and say how lucky we are to be with your surgery.because all they do is fine faults. Thank you.

    Have a regular doctor ive been seeing for months over on going health problems. Surgery is so busy there have been no appointments to see my regular at all for months. Keep getting pushed onto other doctors who have no idea what they’re saying or listen to my needs. If you are in distress the reception staff will brush you off and not help and the doctors are no better. Seems as though even if you are desperate for help they are not bothered. You’re made to feel like an inconvenience. Better luck calling 111.

    Phoned Tuesday for appointment told to phone Wednesday, did so in the morning 9am told don't have June appointments yet,if you are extremely lucky you may get a receptionist who is helpful,most are rude and unhelpful, been with this surgery over 30 yrs,it has become the worst surgery ever,other surgeries are helpful,this place just goes out of their way to stress you even more after waiting 35min to get to speak to a ride person, have tried to get off them to another surgery but same thing no room on their books, you could be dead and Laindon Health Centre would still say phone back tomorrow
