The staff at reception very helpful. Help with the new process of getting an appointment. The doctors was very friendly and approachable.

I had a small procedure today, and the Dr and nurse who performed the procedure were absolutely lovely, very friendly and informative and made me feel at ease and very confident in them.

first time going to the laira doctors, didn't have to wait to long and seen one of the doctors, what a nice guy down to earth wish they was all like him.

The care I’ve received at Pathfields has helped to prolong my life, early diagnosis has meant quicker treatment for the condition I suffered from. All the staff from the reception,nursing staff and doctors have addressed all my concerns. The reality of life when we have a problem with our health, worry sets in. Today I met with one of the doctors who gave me a thorough examination, and a history of an injury to my lower leg pointed to my current condition. His explanation put my mind at rest the condition of my suffering would settle down in due time. The treatment I have always received by the NHS has as I’ve said,”prolonged my life. Pathfields provide the best care to there patients. Thank you.

I attended for a minor procedure but was a little worried - the doctor and nurse on hand were friendly, kind, and comforting. Chatting and keeping me distracted made the whole process really straightforward and not as stressful as I'd feared. We had a lovely chat while they were getting everything ready and I had an overall positive experience - something I wasn't expecting given the reason I was there! Thank you to the staff - I hope you had a good weekend. (Pronounced "mix")

I had a minor op to remove 2 lesions today. The doctor put me at ease along with the nurse. And the procedure was quick and painless. Many thanks for your understanding and care.

The nicest person ever nothing was too much trouble did not feel rushed was listened to just perfect Shame you can’t request a certain doctor for continuity
