The appointment was to discuss my blood test results, this was after i was told that it was my responsibility to ring in for results, but surely if there was an issue with the results, it should be the doctor ringing me as promised, the doctor i saw was informative and sent me for other test, so did improve my impression of the way i was being treated.

Wasn’t very impressed with the device I think if your in a lot of pain you should be allowed to see someone not told to go to A&E. even more so if you don’t drive. The following day I phoned and got a face to face appointment the Doctor I see was lovely and did everything she could to help. But you shouldn’t have to go through all the stress of having to see someone.

I have had several issues and the GP was very thorough in looking into various tests in quick time. He was very empathetic and caring.

Saw a Dr was treated well and gave me the medications I needed and sent me for tests. Did everything I would have expected.

Had to go on the app for a week at 8am every morning until finally I got a appointment The doctor was excellent Went though the issues I had and then explained the tablets I could have and the ones that would benefit me the most Then put me forward for a referral to the hospital

So my husband went to see doctors at their request, was advised only appointment was with two student doctors but an experience doctor would come in after, which he did, blood were requested by him, was told would be phoned with results, after waiting 2 weeks for phone call, we rang, when speaking to person regarding this was told it’s your responsibility to phone in for results, was then told yes you do need to see doctor due to what was found, but can we get a doctors appoint been trying but no chance.

My appointment was yesterday 21/3/2025 at Lakeside Sheepmarket Street. I arrived in plenty of time for my appointment but was only called through 30 minutes after my appointment time. I appreciate that some appointments do run overtime but I think 30 mins is exsessive. Also, I use the online appointment booking portal but very few appointments are made available for that day or future days. From my experience only, I do believe that this surgery has approved over the past 12 months but it still has a long way to.go.

Th doctor I saw was very friendly, lovely doctor got everything sorted & gave good advice. Reception staff very friendly too.
