I have attended the surgery 3 times recently and have received excellent care from the doctor. Unfortunately it’s a bit hit and miss looking for an appointment through the app but I’ve been lucky.

Although 30 minutes after allocated time, Dr rang and listened to my issue and booked me in to see them within a few days.

This time was an acceptable wait for an appointment and the doctor was very thorough, offering further exploration of my issue and some initial treatment to begin with.

Booking an appointment online was really easy and I could choose which doctor to see and a time that suited me. The appointment was on time and the waiting area was quiet. Consultation was informative and treatment and next steps were explained carefully.

I was pleased to meet with a resident GP who listened to my concerns regarding my health issues and whom suggested a plan of action to ascertain the problem causing my pain and duly recommended an x-Ray & tablets - both of which were done after the appointment, .which I was extremely happy with. TheGP said he would ring me next week

Dr very efficient and understanding.Listened to my ailments. Examined me and ordered blood panels for my ailment and my ongoing problems with Graves’ disease.

Made very difficult to make a routine referral request for my daughter. I either have to use anima which is always closed for new requests everyday I log in - then have to approve her onto anima so I can make a request for her or attend in person so I can get her registered to online access which I don’t have time for as I work full time so I can’t come and provide identification proof. Won’t accept routine referral requests over phone. Stuck now and don’t know what else to do. Been trying for the last few weeks to sort!

The doctor was friendly and very knowledgeable and set out a treatment plan for me. This includes an urgent referral for specialist treatment.

Not impressed. Did not feel listened to by GP. No explanation, contradiction to e mail asking me to come to surgery. Didn’t take my blood pressure.
