Queuing for reception ! Putting wrong waiting room for doctor I was seeing . Doctor ok gave me tests to have but didn't really explain alot .

I had a good consultation with a promise of a future blood test and follow up phone call from Dr. Prescription was changed and I picked it up from Boots later in the day with the promise of a phone call from pharmacist in a week as new meds review.

The service at the lakeside has improved as far as I am concerned, my issues during the appointment was delt with by the doctor .

Waited about two minutes.. great staff and extremely helpful…. Much better than ever of my other gps and is nice to be reassured I’ve got a decent doctor willing to help me in my condition

I came for an appointment at this practice on a Wednesday at 9.15 and the waiting room was completely empty. Why can't people can't get appointments? Every time I've been to either sheep market or st Mary's at various times of the day the waiting rooms are always empty. Yesterday at 9.15 when we visited it should be a time when the drs are busy seeing people there were no other patients there and yet our appointment was over 25 minutes late. Are there any doctors working at this practice?

Booked an appointment online (which was super easy to do - trying to book on the telephone is terrible due to a very long wait). Chose a day that suited me (could have chosen same day appointment) and the doctor I wanted to see. I saw the doctor face to face. Waiting room was quiet and the appointment was on time. The doctor explained the treatment I needed and I was really pleased with how efficient the system was.

Booking in is a nightmare and I've had several appointments cancelled. Then when you do eventually get an appointment they still phone you several times through the day.

Was very pleased with my experience, from making the appt on line to seeing the doctor face to face, the tests and xray and follow up phone call. Nothing was too much trouble and my results were explained in full
