    Good practice for the size Stamford. Very quick service for both flu and covid vaccinations. They needed to replenish their hand sanitizers, majority were empty. Did mention to a member of staff.

    Lump in throat. Sent for blood tests on Monday. Results Wednesday, abnormal. Phones reception said I needed to see same doctor asap. Got to see Locum Thursday. Send for urgent u/s scan. Will phone back Friday with instructions re meds. Phoned back as promised.

    I went on line and got a choice of 2 times on the same day i went on line. Got to the surgery and only waited less than 5 minutes before the doctor called me in. He was very helpful and checked all details of my pass history.

    Having tried for weeks to get an appt as requested by gp as a follow up including visits to practice, requests for call back from duty gp system online, Doctrin I eventually got an appt which was organised through another very helpful Gp gp at the practice I have no complaints once I saw the gp who had requested to see me….. helpful, informative and offering a much needed menopause service. I do understand the problems in nhs having worked there for years and the chronic shortage of gps but frankly Lakesides appt system is dreadful. I am tenacious but how on earth very elderly, vulnerable patients who do not access internet cope ? This seriously needs addressing

The doctrin platform is for non-urgent concerns and we release pre-bookable appointments throughout the week via the NHS App, SystmOnline, and telephone access. If a follow up appointment is required, the clinicians often book their own follow up appointments, I am sorry this did not happen for you.     Was offered a same day appointment either by phone or in person, went for in person. Locum doctor was brilliant, outcome was a cortisone onjection needed. This is the big downer…he then had to contact reception to put me on a waiting list for this. On asking at reception they couldn’t give me a timeline just a we’ll contact you. Several years ago needed the same and the Dr did it there and then. I’ll wait for their phone call until I pass a full judgment.

I am sorry we could not offer you the injection during your appointment, not all clinician's are trained to offer Cortisone injections which is why you were added to a waiting list. We will contact patients from the waiting list to schedule appointments and make sure that everyone receives timely and appropriate care.     I checked in at front desk on time for my appointment the clerk booked me in. Then waited 45 minutes. People who came in after me they had their injections i then asked a nurse she said I missed my appointment I wasn’t very about this at the time

    Why oh why can we not send Doctrin messages at 8 or 8.30 till end of day? You only allow 3pm to 8pm now - for many of us in working day and or on journey home making dinner. You only read them when you're ready so what difference does it make when we send them? So confusing and to me inefficient, placing restrictions when there do not need to be any.
