I recently went to see my GP due to my current situation, I have always found my GP to be extremely thorough and helpful I'm fully aware of feedback on samples given and the next stages in trying to identify the underlying condition(s) relating to my condition/discomfort.

Meds meant to be on monthly Batch. Yet after three requests they still ate not. Every month I have to ring the surgery who yell me they are not doctors in which case why can't you have someone with adequate knowledge answer to save jumping through hoops only to get meds put on a batch. Best bit was when I spoke to a GP to ask and all he did was issue a prescription not add to a Batch. I mean seriously! It is scary that even the GP doesn't understand the procedure.

I rang for an appointment with a suspicious mole. I was offered a next day appointment and from the appointment I was offered a fast track appointment with a dermatologist. I could not fault the GP who was diligent with her examination and took time to explain possible outcomes with me . Well done Lakeside
