The receptionist was helpful The waiting area was spacious and uncrowded. My appointment was on time and the doctor was thorough and efficient. He sent my prescription electronically to the chemist there and then. From start to finish it all went smoothly and professionally.

I had a great experience. My appointment was on time and the advanced nurse practitioner was very friendly and put me at ease. The follow up actions have already been communicated to me by text following the appointment today.

with great difficulty i had to go to see a doctor on wed 12 feb.didn't have to wait long to see doctor.i was in a wheelchair so my daughter had to be with me.the doctor was very nice and was sympathic with my problems.she did all the usual checks,plus took samples that needed to be sent off.she said i needed antibiotics and a spry for my ears which were very sore.the doctor said she would send the perscriptions to our local chemist.later that day my daughter rang to see if they were ready,but they said not so said we would try the next day.my daughter rang the doctors to see what was going on and was told the doctor had not sent the prescriptions and there was nothing they could and i would have to go down and see another doctor so he could examine me to see if i needed the prescription.well as you can tell i'm not happy,why couldn't another doctor just send the prescriptions instead of me going through a lot of pain,but i couldn't find anyone to take me so i had no choice but to cancel so i'm sitting at home trying to understand the logic of having to go back to see another doctor,when the prescriptions must be on first doctors screen,all she had to do was press send and everything would be fine,but no,yet again the surgery gets bad reviews.could someone explain why i had to go through all this just because the nice doctor didn't press the send button.

Offered a face to face appointment or a phone call today so I chose the face to face appointment with nurse practitioner. Very prompt appointment and was prescribed antibiotics and steroids for a chest infection. Had a small wait for medication but that was fine. The only problem I had was parking at the surgery (car park could be bigger).

I refuse to comment because my GP is great but your practise is awful. I use email to communicate because the phone keyboard is too small. But whilst you will email me a code you do not allow me to use email. Nor speak or contact my own GP. I am a recent liver transplant patient and I phoned asking for an urgent appointment with my GP and was told she has two tomorrow but you can’t have either because you have to get in the queue tomorrow. Phone is useless at 8am and one site often takes calls before the other. I am in recovery and my wife had to queue at 7am to get me an appointment. You deflect patients who ask for an urgent appointment by saying ring 111 or 999. It’s a mess

I found a suitable appointment slot on the online system. I was seen on time. The doctor arranged future appointments for me. For which I have had dates through already. I am happy with the service I received
