I cannot fault the service and support I got from the nurse today. Having struggled with having to start some medication after just a few questions and some compassion I felt I could really be honest with what had been going on. I didn't feel rushed. The nurse spotted I could have a form of anxiety with regards to taking Medication, so took me through every step. Even though it probably made her late for other appointments. But we have an action plan and I came home and felt at ease taking my medication. Yes the EConsult is good if you can wait a few days. The phone line is expensive to stay on hold for 1.5hrs but once you get passed that, the staff are amazing and for those in need, they have the time for you.

Very pleased with GP professionalism and care. Always had updates regarding result and further actions. Also was surprised of speed and how quick i was referred to specialists.

I was quickly and had a fantastic dr talk to me and listen checked me over very thoroughly and made sure u understood what he had said gave me the opportunity to ask questions. Arranged blood test and other tests I am so please with the dr dealing with me. He is excellent. Best I’ve ever seen.

Utterly disgusted, I am over a year late for a blood test for graves disease and have been unable to get an appointment for that, my husband cannot get an appointment to get his blood pressure checked which he knows is high. Today I can't even get through on the phone there is a message saying no appointments please call 111 if urgent. Totally unacceptable and this complaint will be going further!

Had been struggling with my anger over several years, finally done something about. Booked my appointment and the Doctor I saw was very understandable, who listened and was sympathetic. Treatment plan was decided which also includes private therapy sessions as when I self refered to Mind was informed there is a 6 month wait. Have had my first 2 week follow up call from the Doctor with another in 2 more weeks. Thank you Doctor and I am determined to resolve my issue.

I was contacted about a concern over a brain scan.The Doctor has been in contact with me by phone to keep me updated .He was very informative and spent time explaining the plan on going forward.He didn’t mind looking up test results either .My experience has always been a positive one whenever I’ve needed any health issues investigated or treated.The treatment I’ve had has been dealt with quite quickly.I have no problems with Lakeside the Doctors nurses and staff have all been very efficient and understanding.

My experience with my Dr from start to ongoing has been excellent care. Unfortunately getting the appointment in the first instant was was very difficult
