I was very satisfied with my visit, I couldn't find no fought with anything especially dr hindley the environment of the practice is clean and in inviting the reception ladies were nice too

Submitted a econsult Monday 8am, was called within 90 minutes. Offered same day appointment, which I couldn’t do so offered following morning. Receptionist was fantastic l, very helpful and a friendly telephone manner. Credit where credits due

I was called promptly for the prcedure, the staff that attended to me appeared to be very experienced. and gave a tender loving care. The staff allowed me to ask questions and was very helpful. She even sent me another link about my new enquiry. I was satisfied with the services she rendered to me.

Saw Nurse extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that made a. Complicated matter easily understandable. I was given enough information to take away with me so I could. Look through at my leisure

I had been booked in for a medical in person consult followed by a new patient registration back to back. I made it on time for both but the clueless staff assumed that I was there only for my new patient registration and therefore sent me to the waiting area. I was then marked as a no show for my medical appointment which has become quite serious as I've been throwing up blood recently when I cough. I guess when I am serious enough to be hospitalized I'll be sure to let the doctor know how great the assessment was at lakeside medical clinic.

All I want is to make an appointment to speak to a doctor concerning a hospital letter, however it is literally impossible to get an appointment. what is the point of being registered at this clinic!

Appointment system is extremely difficult to use I had no alternative ,but to tel 111,as i needed to see a Dr regarding an ongoing condition .as advised by a Dr on a previous tel consultation

I find this new system of getting an appointment to see a doctor is ridiculous, especially for elderly people with no access to internet. I could not attend my sister’s funeral to wait for a call back from the doctor.

Filled out an e-consult form and was pleasantly surprised to receive a same day, face-to-face appointment. The doctor was a good listener, did a proper check up and allayed my concerns.

One of the best GP practice in London if not the best I've experienced by far. I went for my NHS 5 yearly check. Booking the appointment was smooth. The nurse I met was lovely and very receptive. She took much interest in my health and gave me great advice.
