Called through exactly on appointment time. A doctor who clearly listened to me and was willing to discuss. At no point was there any feeling of being rushed, in fact total opposite. Clear explanation of way forward and support I could expect. Excellent standards.

Having been quite poorly with 2 recent chest infections I was really pleased to get appointments on the same day that I filled the online form in actually within a few hours of filling the form in . Both doctors were very thorough and let me know it was a viral infection and it would eventually go .

Another follow up app today. Excellent advice and check up. What more can one expect a very much appreciated doctor. Always so helpful when needing explanation and feel very pleased that I am seeing g the same person, this gives much greater feeling of confidence not having to start again with another.

All staff are always friendly and helpful and they’ve always managed to find a timely appointment slot for me and my daughter whenever we’ve needed one. The service we get is fantastic particularly when compared to some of the stories you hear in the media about other people’s experiences
