My health problem came on suddenly and I was given an appointment very quickly. Doctor reassuring and promptly referred me. Couldn't ask for more.

Attended for bloods and ECG a very pleasant young lady who was helpful as I have been very unsteady. Explained what is happening.

A return to see the GP at his request. Further investigation required. I will be referred. Same day a phone call offering dates for one if the referrals. What more can you ask for. Now await details of second. Happy patient

I was treated with consideration from the moment I walked through the doors, and the junior doctor was very welcoming and took the time to listen as to why I was there.

I completed an online medical query, and was phoned almost immediately, and given an appointment the next morning; at the appointment, my medical problem was dealt with professionally and thoroughly, and I was referred for a scan at hospital just 4 days later.

Once again I had an excellent experience at Lambgates. All staff were caring, efficient and professional. The people of Hadfield are extremely fortunate to have such a good practice.

It was a very good experience. The people I saw were easy to talk to, and made me feel that I mattered. There was no feeling of having to rush. I was seen at the appointed time, and not kept waiting.

Follow up appointment not the original doctor as on holiday. The doctor I saw excellent.Today a quick telephone conversation with him to clarify a question I forgot to ask.
