Waited 2 weeks to get appointment which due one month after. Dont get much information from receptionist don't even take time to asks any one like a line supervisor or manager about the matter only told patient "unfortunately sorry unble to do anything" always send suveys to asks patients how to get better service nothing is done at all, very useless to sent it. Last time been late for 5 mins due to not having transport which you pay £6.00 to come it has been postpone waited for one month to come again. Horrible experience with them
