    I really wish to say 'Thank you' for a very friendly staff and the Doctor who attended to my problems. It is so important to older people, who have no other family in the area, to receive prompt and friendly attention. We are so grateful ! Thank you so much!

    Some brilliant things to be said about Larwood. I have always received excellent care. The new Smart Triage system however is a let down. Previously I could give lots of detail about what was wrong, what I had tried etc and felt it was considered carefully by a human who had some medical knowledge and I could get an appointment pretty quickly. The new system restricts you to preset ailments which my current issue didn't really fit. I wasn't able to give details about self care already tried and didn’t feel how long I had had the issues and tried to deal with it myself before bothering a GP were taken into account. I was offered 1 appointment in a months time at a surgery that was not my usual. Overall a disappointing experience and not what I am accustomed to from Larwood.

    I used the appointment system the first day it was operational. There were some issues but despite it was new to the surgery staff as well they went over and beyond to find a solution. All was resolved in 15 min- Many thanks!

    The new system is absolutely disgraceful. Twice now I’ve had to ring where I’m put into a cue with over 20 other people to then press 8 to get a call back as I can’t stay on the phone as I have 4 children to see to all because of the new system. First time it booked me an appointment in Carlton so I had to ring to cancel and request one in langold as I don’t drive and can’t get to easily and with the old system, I was able to mention that in the comments and it wasn’t a problem at all and today, my daughter isn’t well but yet I couldn’t put her details in as she’s under 16 but the old system let me. I’d put her details then mine and it wasn’t a problem. All I need is antibiotics for her which doctors know about as I could send a picture as it’s a reoccurring problem but no, once again, I’m in a cue and now have to wait for a call to then get a prescription. I understand NHS are trying to make it easier for the staff but instead you’ve made it harder for them as people are just ringing instead. Better the online system or bring the old one back.

Your concerns are important to us, and we want to address them to improve your experience. Smart Triage was introduced to streamline the process and make it more efficient for patients , however the launch for the under 16 pathway has unfortunately been delayed by our provider. We are actively reviewing feedback like yours to identify areas for improvement, and we are currently working on an alternative solution for patients aged under 16 in the interim so that parents are not having to queue on the telephones or in Surgeries.     This new appointment system worked well for me and would definitely use again I think the whole online system is an advantage to anyone who can use it and allows reception mind time to deal with people who can't use this new service

    Disappointed not to return any scenarios relating to menopause when going through the system. Ended up using other and I don’t know if the responses are supposed to aid the practitioner but very few of the questions were relevant. When I did get through and offered an appointment it was prompt and service with the GP was good.

    Unable to enter any information about my health problem. Instead, had to narrow it down to one subject, and a list of tick box questions followed. Many weren't straightforward yes/no questions, and there were no spaces to explain why. As such I was not only unable to properly explain my symptoms, but it also consequentially left a misleading impression on my health record. The old system was far superior, as it allowed people to give detailed qualitative information about their health problem. Please bring it back!!

    I hope that this new system is going to work as the previous system never did. I still had to driv3 from Harworth to Langold to ask the receptionist which surgery my appointment was made for as l could not see online which one it was made for. Telephone calls does not get answered. So l would like to know how people who do not have Internet connection have to make an appointment or order their prescription if they phone up at 8am only to be told there are no more appointments left?
