I was concerned over some new moles and the doctor reassured me and made me feel better within a short space of time. I am very fortunate with my health. However when I needed them I had an appointment within 6 days of phoning them.

Could tell the receptionist was unhappy in her job. A new member of health visiting staff arrived at desk to introduce her self. Receptionist was not welcoming, told her to come around to side entrance, no name or ID check! Service from treatment room nurse lovely, really friendly.

I have been with this practice since 2002 and the care I used to receive was exceptional. Unfortunately, now a days I found it hard to arrange an appointment to see a GP and if I find one it’s likely to be with associates who are less likely to prescribe me with the correct medicine.

Had a blood test with nurse. Was done on time & had the results the next day. All the Doctors & nurses are very helpful & professional. Marks 10 out of 10 !!

The phone service is utter rubbish, today i was on phone to the practice and was in the que and got to number one and they hung up on me and when i phoned back i was number 30 in the que. This is un acceptable. this phone service needs to be improved. I am not happy with the current service. Also it takes a long time for an appointment.

Apart from waiting 55 minutes even though my appointment said on time also the chairs give you a really bad back in reception other than that doctor was lovely

After a half hour wait the treatment provided was excellent. I feel that the appointment system is poor and leaves people in pain, despite trying to get an appointment.

Appointment was on time and the doctor I saw was very thorough. Listened to my problem and suggested some ways in which I could help myself as well as possible medication. Very pleased with the outcome.

I have got an appointment in the same day when I contacted the GP. Good service, helpful, and respect. Also, they sent me my pres prescription to the pharmacy
