On a recent vosit i was really pleased to see increase in patient engagement here. I saw a Lovely garden, activities, books. I was especially pleased to see the inclusive videos playing in screens. One showing a video promoting annual health checks for all people with learning disabilities! Well done Lawrence Hill Health Centre!

I have had to produce blood samples to monitor kidney function while using diuretic medication. The practice nurses have been great (I'm a bit squeamish about this). My latest visit to the Treatment Room took place on Monday 22nd July.. Also, GPs have reviewed blood test results promptly and let me know about these, which has put my mind at rest (I worry if I don't hear anything).

I saw Practice , Diabetic Nurse who was lovely, very understanding and made me feel completely at ease with all my problems

I got a gp appointment when i was in extreme pain. Quick treatment and follow up procedure in place. Well done

No happy to seen paramedic. I would prefer for next time to see a doctor who knows my medical history and is more experienced.

My experience was one of efficiency, good practice, listening, and an unhurried appointment. Referral to specialist service was promptly sent and a call to inform me later on.

Easy to get an appointment online and over the reception desk, my Dr was on time and very thorough. I have been with this surgery for over 40 years, always been the best, in my experience.

I had an appointment to see the Doctor but had to wait nearly 3 weeks before I could see the Doctor I needed to speak to regarding my condition but when I did the Doctor was most helpful and considerate and arranged for the appropriate treatment for me, and also arranged for another appointment for two weeks time. Therefore I am extremely pleased with the way I was treated and would recommend this Surgery,
