I am grateful to be registered to this surgery. The doctors, reception staff and everyone here are very welcoming and really sweet. Highly recommend this surgery for their excellent service. My appointment with the GP and the nurse was really smooth. She made me feel at ease and I was accommodated even though I ran late.

Now Lawrence Hill operates as a Triage Centre it’s much easier to get an appointment and with the doctor of your choice. The receptionist I spoke with was really thorough and spent a good amount of time taking notes so they could reach out later and offer appropriate appointment slots. The doctor I chose to see was also very proactive in helping me which I really appreciated

I went for a pre arranged blood test. The nurse was friendly and very professional. I hardly felt the needle and she managed to get the sample first time, and I have no bruising

Having spoken to the doctor, I got a quick appt with the asthma nurse. The nurse recommended to the dr that I needed a chest xray, received a reply the same day and an appt the following week.

Yesterday I had an appointment to change my coils and I left very calm and happy, because normally they hurt me a lot and the doctor yesterday calmed me down and helped me a lot

Being elderly I prefer a face to face appointment instead of telephone call I think it's difficult to diagnose over the phone so disappointing

My appointment was made in my absence, but i was texted in good time in case i needed to cancel. I got there in good time was seen swiftly and my appointment didn’t take long. Service has improved alot in last 2 years when i considered leaving.

I recently had to have a couple of tests. A Gp rang me one evening with the results and made an appointment to have a further examination within a couple of days. At the in person meeting it was agreed that I should have further tests. I received a call from the hospital on the same day to arrange a date. I feel that the everyone one involved was fully engaged in my situation and expedited appts in a timely and professional way
